As the plane began to crash, Quagmire was corrupted by an unknown force. He quickly turned on his friends, Joe and Cleveland, and killed them both. Peter, who was injured and unconscious during the attack, woke up to find his friends dead and Quagmire nowhere to be seen. Stewie, who had been teleporting around the wreckage, arrived to help Peter. Together, they vowed to find Quagmire and bring him to justice.
